Where do I find my tracking number?
You will find it in the shipping confirmation e-mail we send as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier. The e-mail also tells you which carrier delivers your order. Please check your spam folder if it has not arrived.
When does tracking update?
It can take up to 24 hours after dispatch until the carrier shows the first status. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, so tracking is not available right after you place your order.
Order status without a tracking number
If you created an account, you can see the status of all your orders in your account area. You can also reply to your order confirmation e-mail and we will check it for you.
Something looks wrong?
