SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship every order with care from our studio. Here is everything you need to know about processing times, shipping options, costs and delivery.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 are usually dispatched the same day. During sale periods processing can take up to 3 business days.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch.

Order tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves our studio you receive an e-mail with a tracking link. You can also follow your order in your account under My Orders.

Customs & duties

Orders to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and VAT, which are charged by the carrier on delivery and are not included in our prices. There are no additional charges within the EU.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, write to hello@maryfashion.de with your order number and we will sort it out immediately.

Returns

Unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our FAQs for the full return and exchange process.
