1. Seller

2. Products and prices

All prices are shown in euro (EUR). Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Orders shipped outside Kosovo may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are paid by the customer.

3. Orders and conclusion of contract

Placing items in the cart is not binding. By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. We may decline an order, for example if an item is no longer available; in that case any payment already made is refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card (Visa or Mastercard) through the secure payment page of our payment provider. Your card details are processed by the provider and are never stored by us.

5. Shipping and delivery

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving reasons. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags and hygiene seals. Made-to-measure and personalised pieces are excluded. The full process: Returns & Exchanges

7. Defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund the purchase price, and we cover the return shipping. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

8. Discount codes

Discount codes are valid for the stated period and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one code can be used per order, and codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photographs, texts, designs and the MARY brand, is protected. It may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.

We process your personal data only to handle your order and as described here: Privacy Policy

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply. We try to resolve any complaint directly and amicably; please contact us first.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
